While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job ( for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment and no one ever sees your full credit card information after it has been submitted.

Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number on our quote request form and check the optional consent box, NLZ Cleaning Services of Long Island LLC may send you informational, conversational, and marketing text messages. These include quote confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, replies to your questions, and occasional service offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — the form submits and you receive your quote whether or not you check the box. Data Sharing
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
NLZ CLEANING SERVICES OF LONG ISLAND LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of quote confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, customer support replies, and occasional service offers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Tag Manager to load two Google services on this site: Google Analytics, which tells us how people find and move through the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells us whether our advertising actually produces enquiries.
These set cookies in your browser and record things like which pages you viewed, which site or advertisement you arrived from, what device you are using, and whether you requested a quote.
When you successfully submit a quote request, we record that a quote was submitted, along with the quoted price, the service frequency, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the town. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or home address to Google. We do not use these tools to identify you personally or to follow you around the internet.
How to opt out. You can install Google’s own Analytics opt-out browser add-on, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use any ad-blocking extension. None of this affects your ability to get a quote, book a clean, or contact us.
Information stored in your browser
So that we know which advertisement or search brought you here even after you click between pages, we store a small amount of marketing information in your browser’s session storage — the campaign tags from the link you arrived on, the page you landed on first, and your town. This is cleared automatically when you close the tab, and it never contains your name, email, or phone number.
