"Finding this cleaning service was a pleasant surprise! I've only used one other cleaning service a few years ago and it was such a disaster, I was really afraid to try calling anyone in. I was really stuck this week since I threw out my back and needed my place cleaned so I decided to take a chance on NLZ. From the very beginning, Tracy was in constant touch with me by text. "NLZ did a fine job in doing a deep cleaning of my newly purchased apartment. The two staff who came were punctual and courteous. Before cleaning the apartment, the lady asked me for specific areas that needed to be cleaned. After the job was done, she showed me the areas again and let me know the types of bugs they found. Making reservation and payment on their website is straight-forward. I will definitely use them again."

"Where do I even start? My husband and I were struggling to find good reliable cleaners for our new facility that just finished construction. I found nlz though yelp and because of their positive reviews, I reached out asking for more information on pricing and availability, I heard back from Tracy immediately and let's just say she took care of me like I was the most important customer to her. She kept me in the loop with scheduling and logistical follow ups. I felt very comfortable with her and as if I knew her for a long time. When the day came for the cleaning, two lovely ladies showed up on time. Susan and Rebecca I introduced themselves to me and after hearing my concerns about where the cleaning was most needed, they got right to work. These ladies do NOT mess around. They take their job very seriously and I could tell they had a sense of pride in the quality of work they provided. "I wish I could give them infinite stars!! My parents are elderly and their house had fallen into disrepair. It was a mess. We hired a 2 person crew for a deep clean and man did they deep clean. The cleaned the whole entire day scrubbing floor to ceiling and left my parent's house sparkling. They treated her house with respect and were super professional about everything. We will be using them again and again. We had Jean and a woman (whose name starts with D- sorry I forgot!). They were both incredible."

"I've always cleaned my own house but since it hasn't been so easy lately things have piled up. After much research I contacted NLZ and easily breezed through the online booking process, after Tracy's patience answering my questions. Our house is over 2000 square feet but Louisa and Santiago worked non stop bringing it back to its original luster. They moved furniture, climbed ladders and scrubbed walls. Their work blew me away. "~Team Lilo~ came to clean our house. We kept in touch via text about when they would be arriving. I am very happy with the kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen we had also added on the refrigerator cleaning service, which was a good idea, because afterwards the fridge felt so organized. The best part was the kitchen stove. It is a flat glass top electric stove, and over the years, some of the burners had developed a crusty ring around them, possibly from things boiling over. I have tried scrubbing them before, using a variety of cleaning supplies, however, it hardly made a dent. After the cleaning, the stove's rings were ... at least 80% gone.
