Used for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleans. Keeps kitchen, baths, living areas, and bedrooms tidy and disinfected.

Bathrooms

  • Clean cobwebs; dust shelves & pictures
  • Clean/buff mirrors and glass
  • Scrub and disinfect sinks, counters & fixtures
  • Clean & dry tub/shower, track & glass
  • Spot clean cabinet fronts, handles & sills
  • Clean & disinfect toilet (inside/outside/base/lid)
  • Empty garbage and replace bag
  • Vacuum/mop floor; include corners/edges

Kitchen

  • Wipe countertops & backsplash
  • Exterior of appliances (fridge/oven/dishwasher)
  • Microwave cleaned inside & out
  • Sink and faucet cleaned/polished
  • Spot clean cabinet/drawer fronts
  • Clean stove top, knobs, hood exterior
  • Empty garbage and replace bag
  • Vacuum/mop floor; include corners/edges

Common Areas

  • Dust all reachable surfaces
  • Dust furniture, lamps, lamp shades
  • Clean window sills & frames (reachable)
  • Tidy visible items/pillows/throws
  • Clean light switches & door knobs
  • Empty garbage and replace bag
  • Vacuum all floors; mop hard surfaces

Bedrooms

  • Dust surfaces, nightstands, décor
  • Clean mirrors & glass
  • Clean window sills & frames (reachable)
  • Make beds / swap linens if left out

Deep Clean

Purpose :

first visit / heavy buildup

Intro :

Includes everything in Standard, plus extra time for detailing, baseboards, cabinet fronts, and high/low dusting.

  • Detail scrub shower/tub walls (best effort)
  • Clean/polish cabinet fronts & vanity doors
  • Clean inside medicine cabinet (if emptied)
  • Wipe baseboards (reachable)
  • Spot clean doors/switch plates

Kitchen — extra

  • Full wipe of cabinet fronts (reachable)
  • Degrease backsplash where needed
  • Clean behind/under small countertop appliances
  • Wipe baseboards and kickplates
  • Dust light fixtures/vents (reachable)

Common Areas — extra

  • High/low dusting (frames, doors, ledges)
  • Wipe baseboards (reachable)
  • Wipe door frames & handles
  • Dust vents/returns (reachable)

Move-In / Move-Out

Purpose :

vacant or 90% empty homes

Intro :

Deep Clean plus inside of cabinets, drawers, and appliances so the home is ready for the next tenant/buyer.

  • Inside drawers & pantry
  • Inside oven
  • Inside fridge/freezer (defrosted if needed)

  • Detail clean tub/shower & fixtures
  • Polish mirrors, glass, hardware

Whole home

  • Baseboards throughout (reachable)
  • Doors, door frames, switches wiped
  • Closets: shelves & rods wiped
  • Final vacuum & mop, corners/edges
