How do I amend or cancel my booking?

It is simple to amend or cancel your booking, you can either login to your account or please email us at support@nlzcleaninglongisland.com and we will take care of your request. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no charge to skip, move or cancel a visit — and if it is a timing problem rather than a cancellation, we will always find you another slot. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge 50%, because by then a team is already scheduled and heading to your home.
